Parkview Townhomes consists of 38 single family new construction home dwellings. It is located in Dupont, WA on the corner of McNeil St. and Hoffman Hill Blvd. Project completed in October 2007. General Contractor is Carino Homes. Job requirements were to install rain screen system using Tyvec paper and tape, and install new vinyl siding.

Abbey Rowe apartment homes is a 200 plus unit new construction apartment complex located on 9320 Windsor Lane NE, Olympia, WA. Project was completed in July 2005. General Contractor Nordiven Group LLC. Job requirements were to install water resistant barrier, decorative trims, and new vinyl siding.
