New Construction

In new construction, as in every other arena, we practice the highest standards. Our team excels at focusing on details while still remaining cost competitive. After twenty years in the exterior siding business, we understand that balance.

Whether residential or commercial, all new projects are built to comply with the International Building Code (I.B.C.), which the state of Washington adopted as its standard in 2003. The code places a heavy emphasis on water protection and building envelope design, processes we are very familiar with.

Safety is a top priority. We follow a Department of Labor and Industry (L&I) safety plan in addition to meeting – and even surpassing – Association of General Contractors (A.G.C.) standards. Although it is not required, on every job we hire a full time superintendent whose task is to ensure that all safety standards are met.

New construction forms a major part of our business. Our past projects include:

  • Abbey Rowe Apartments – Lacey
  • Carino Homes – University Place
  • Parkview Town Homes – Dupont
  • Foundation House Retirement Center – Woodinville
