Condo Conversion

A condominium conversion provides a complete restructuring and remodeling, both inside and out, of an existing property for the purpose of reselling it, often in multiple units rather than a single one. The end result is like a combination face lift and lube job; properties not only look better but also function more efficiently and are better protected from the elements.

We specialize in the exterior component of condo conversions. After performing many throughout the state of Washington, we know the process well. Because we also specialize in detailed carpentry work, our team can add unique finishing touches in the final stages of the reconstruction process. Normally, this would require hiring an additional outside contractor.
